The Fushe Kruje Miracle

We’re calling it the Fushe Kruje Miracle.

A 360Go team of men, led by Dan Kersten, ministered in Albania last October. Their ministry assignment was to canvass neighborhoods, invite people to a barbecue event at a local church, feed anyone who came, and then share the gospel.

On the trip, a powerful miracle took place. The people came to taste American barbecue but also had a chance to taste Living Water. At least 35 people stood to accept Jesus as Lord! Such a response to the gospel message in Albania is a miracle.

Chicken and beef strips on the menu. 360Go Director, Dan Kersten, helps with grilling prep. Muslim men came from the surrounding neighborhoods to taste American barbecue, but were also given a chance to taste Living Water.

They came hungry! There were very few leftovers. Men from the surrounding neighborhoods came, ate, met our team, and heard the gospel. At least 16 men stood to accept Christ as Lord the first night.

Albanians are traditionally Muslims, so they don't usually visit Christian churches. But the MEN wanted to taste American barbecue! They loved it, and they brought their families the next night. You can see the results here.

We celebrate what God has done! In 2024, Light for the Lost provided many missionaries with evangelism resources worldwide in print, video, audio, internet tech, and app platforms. We have you and our amazing team of local LFTL directors throughout the nation to thank for that! Without you, untold thousands of people would not have been reached with the gospel this past year.
